At Re:set, we are committed to providing a respectful and considerate environment for
all guests and our team. Please review our Facility Etiquette to ensure an
enjoyable and harmonious experience during your time with us.
ACCESS TO RE:SET
For your safety and the security of our studio – all clients must have a photograph on file, or you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID for identification purposes before entry. We reserve the right to refuse access or charge a guest fee for the use of the Facilities on that day if these requirements are not met.
FACILITY ETIQUETTE
- Shower before using facilities and after the sauna to rinse off sweat before using the ice bath or hot pool.
- Avoid using facilities if you have skin conditions, rashes or open wounds.
- Newcomers should ask a team member for guidance before starting.
- If you experience irritation or feel unwell, discontinue use and contact us.
- Follow treatment guidelines for duration and intensity to prevent
overexposure. - Phones & Photography:
- No phone calls on the premises.
- Do not take photos or videos of others without their permission.
- No cameras or video calls in changing rooms.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
- Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class. Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Bring a reusable bottle to use our filtered water dispensers.
- Joining a class? Please arrive 10-15 minutes
early to sign in and shower before your session. Classes start on time, and latecomers will not be permitted to join. - Attire: Wear light, breathable activewear or gym clothes.
- If you plan to use the hot or cold immersion pools, progressive cold showers or the sauna, please bring your swimwear and a dry set of clothes to change into after your session.
- Equipment Provided: We offer complimentary Re:set shirts and shorts for your convenience. Towels, slippers, lockers, toiletries and all other essentials are also provided.
- Towels: Please be mindful of the number of towels you use and do not use them as floor mats.
COMPRESSION BOOTS ETIQUETTE
Please be considerate:
- Shower and dry off before use.
- Wear shorts or leggings underneath.
- Leave used boots on the loungers for cleaning.
Do not use compression boots if you have:
- Broken bones, skin conditions, rashes or open wounds.
- Tumours on or near your legs, where increased blood flow is undesirable.
- DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis).
Zero Gravity Chairs
